Use the
Technical Support Request option in the
Help menu so that configuration information is included in your request.
If the problem is related to a report, please provide:
- the report name,
- the options you used,
- the error message(s) if any - do not hesitate to attach a screenshot,
- returned results, expected results.
If the problem is related to directory or tracking files import, please provide the latest trace file. Trace files are located in
- %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Promodag\Reports\7\Logs (PROMODAG Reports v. 7) or
- %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Promodag\Reports\8\Logs (PROMODAG Reports v. 8).
