Q10009 - FAQ: How are Delivery or Read receipts analyzed?
  • Delivery receipts are generated by the server and have a special event number in the tracking log.
    PROMODAG Reports does not import these events.

 

  • Read receipts are generated by the email client, so they will appear as a standard message in the tracking log.
    PROMODAG Reports imports and counts them as messages.
