To configure IIS server for OWA reports, expand the server name, right click on Default Web Site and select Properties.

Under the Web Site tab, verify that Enable logging checkbox is ticked then click on the Properties button to access the Logging Properties dialog box.

Under the General tab, verify that New log schedule is set to Daily and click on the Advanced tab.

Under the Advanced tab, confirm that at least the following Logging options are selected:

• Date (date)
• Time (time)
• Client IP address (c-ip)
• User Name (cs-username)
• Method (cs-method)
• URI Stem (cs-uri-stem)
• URI Query (cs-uri-query)
• Cookie (cs(Cookie))
