PROMODAG Reports needs to load the entire directory in order to identify:

• servers and sites of the organization
• users in the organization
• distribution groups members
• custom recipients (e.g., users outside the Microsoft Exchange organization)

Some of our customers have a Microsoft Exchange organization with directory of more than 500,000 entries. Size should not be a problem for most organizations.

NOTE:  Loading the entire directory must be done both initially and every time it is updated. With PROMODAG Reports 8, a directory update is automatically carried out at each message tracking files import.
