Note: This information only applies to Promodag Reports v.5x and v.6.x.

When you get "Missing or out of date export dll" error message, the problem may come from a duplicated dll : (u2fhtml.dll for HTML export and  u2fxls.dll for Excel export).

Search for this dll on your disk. Keep the one with version 8.5 for PROMODAG Reports V5.x  and for V6.x. These dlls should be in the Crystal subdirectory of Windows.
