Q10050 - HOWTO: Disable the Outlook Security prompt?

Outlook Security features prevent PROMODAG Reports from accessing the address book.  http://www.microsoft.com/office/outlook/evaluation/security.asp

The following prompt displays:

To get rid of this prompt, you can either:

  • Replace the CDO.dll on the Promodag Reports workstation with the one found on your Exchange server; or
  • Download the ClickYes freeware from http://www.contextmagic.com/express-clickyes/. It will automatically click on Yes every time the security message appears; or
  • Disable Outlook Security. For more details on how to perform this task, refer to the Microsoft website:
