The following error message is a known Crystal Report issue: 

Operation not yet implemented

In order to export reports, you must register the files Exportmodeller.dll and Tslv.dll.

• To register Exportmodeller.dll, click Run from the Start menu, and type
  regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\1.0\Bin\ExportModeller.dll" and press Enter
• To register Tslv.dll, click Run from the Start menu, and type
  regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\1.0\Bin\Tslv.dll" and press Enter
