NOTE: The prompt for logon credentials is not generated by PROMODAG, but by the underlying messaging system.
In order to produce some mailboxes reports, PROMODAG Reports must open each mailbox as the Outlook client would do. Therefore, if you can open the mailbox with Outlook using your NT Account, PROMODAG Reports will be able to access the mailbox too.
Follow these steps to verify that you have the right permissions:
- Select a small group of mailboxes.
- Narrow the group until you have only one mailbox for which you receive the prompt.
- Create a MAPI profile for that mailbox and try to open it with Outlook.
- Check that you have full access to the mailbox.
- If you do not have access to the mailbox, change your permissions.
