Note: information contained in this article applies to Promodag Reports version 7.

Only limited information is collected when the directory is imported without detailed properties. Properties such as City, Department used to select or group mailboxes in a report, are not imported.

Importing detailed properties is done on a per Administrative group basis. In order to see if a particular mailbox was imported with detailed properties, double-click your mailbox in PROMODAG Reports Organization tree. Under the Custom Attributes tab, you can see if the directory import for that administrative group was done without detailed properties.

To import the directory with detailed properties for a specific administrative group:

1. Using the Promodag Reports Organization tree, double-click on any server in that particular administrative group.
2. Check the Import directory with detailed properties checkbox.
3. Select File > Import Directory and select Full re-import then click on Start import.
