We are looking for a reporting tool that would include a "Message Attachment Traffic" report. Does Promodag Reports provide such a feature ?

Answer:

Microsoft Exchange message traffic files do not provide any information about attachments. Promodag Reports reads those files to analyze them, and to produce reports. It is not, therefore, possible to produce a report on message attachments traffic.

Use the Message Attachments report (Mailbox Information group) to retrieve information on attachments in the users mailboxes. You can filter your search for messages with specific attachments.
