Note: information contained in this article applies to Promodag Reports version 8.
Question:
I would like to run a report on messages sent and/or received by a particular user. How do I do that ?
Answer:
You should run the General Mailbox Traffic report (go to Reports > Mailbox Traffic) and apply the following settings:
Period tab: choose a period for your report.
Selection tab: Mailboxes by: Mailbox. This is where your will select the user's mailbox.
Group tab: default values.
Partners tab: you may either display all partners, or only some of them (e.g. Exchange, Internet).
Options tab: check the '1 message' radio button.
Content tab: This is where you will select the detail level of your final report (check at least the 'Mailbox' box). Optional mailbox attribute may be set to Email address, for instance.
Presentation, Output tabs: default destination is Screen.
