What is the procedure to move your application to a new workstation ?

Answer:

The procedure to move Promodag Reports from a workstation to another one is pretty straightforward:

·         Save the content of %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Promodag\Reports\x\Batches (on a public share, an USB key…); if using a local Access database, copy it on the new workstation. 'x' stands for the version number of your installation of Promodag Reports.

·         Uninstall Promodag Reports from the first workstation;

·         Install it on the new workstation;

·         Reconnect the SQL database or open the local Access database;

·         Copy-paste the content of the former \Batches folder into the new one.

Note: You will need you schedule your batches again on the new workstation.
