Question:

How can I filter several different types of attachments (*.avi, *.mp3, *.ppt) when running the Message Attachments report on my organization ?

Answer:

You can either filter *.avi AND *.mp3 AND *.ppt files by selecting the following filter:

You can also filter *.avi OR *.mp3 OR *.ppt files by selecting these filters instead:

You can also, of course, use a combination of both if necessary (see below: *.avi AND *.mp3 OR *.ppt).
