When you run a report with the default output destination (screen), you actually obtain a Crystal Report file (extension RPT) that may be saved for later use (File > Save Report). Default location for saved reports is: %MYDOCUMENTS%/Promodag/Saved Reports.

This saved report will be added to the My Reports menu.

• If you wish to export this report to another format, you simply need to reload it from the My Reports menu, and then export it under a format of your choice (File > Export Report). Available export formats are: XLS, RTF, HTM, PDF, CSV and MHT.
  
• If you wish to export directly your report under one of those formats at the time when you run it, you simply need to select Disk file as destination in the Output tab of the report settings interface.
