The error message ‘The log file for database xxx is full’ is not generated by Promodag Reports, but by Microsoft SQL Server.

It is self-explanatory and actually means that the transaction log for the Promodag database has run out of space. Database and transaction log growth are not managed by PROMODAG Reports, but by tools provided with Microsoft SQL Server (SQL Enterprise Manager).
