Correction
Some reports produced unreadable HTML exports.
Improvement and better diagnosis of directory import.
It is now possible to directly export reports in HTML format without creating subfolders.
A random error disrupted the optional message tracking files compression process following their import.
message tracking files could not be moved to another location after their import if this option was selected.
An error prevented the execution of storage size import in batch mode.
An irrelevant error message was displayed when using the Help > Technical Support request option.
email addresses containing inverted commas were not allocated to the right partner during message tracking files import.
The 'x previous months' selection in Period tab did not work properly.
Some time periods were missing in the Message Breakdown by Hour of the Day graph.

Corrections

  • Directory import was interrupted when an hostname's IP address was not found.
  • Fields 'Distinguish Name (Full)' and 'Email address (others)' did not return correct values.
  • Mailbox Content filtering did not return correct values.
  • Criteria 'Like' was not taken into account in Mailbox Attachement report.
  • Attachment types were not grouped in Message Attachments report.
  • Inconsistent sorting interface in Message Attachments report.
  • Incomplete selection criteria in Message Attachments report.
  • 'Invalid object Tmp_TBL_FINAL' error in Mailbox Traffic Evolution report.
  • "TOP N WITH TIES clause not allowed" error in Mailbox By Traffic Level report.
  • 'Object not set' error in batch processing of Information Store Size import.
  • Non-Gregorian calendars were not properly taken into account in Traffic Log Files import.
  • Top was incorrectly taken into account in Mailbox By Traffic Level report.
  • Incorrect attachments filtering criteria in Mailbox Content report.
  • 'Index out of range' error when starting a report.
  • A useless and disruptive backslash ('\') was added at the end of the Information Stores path.
  • 'Index out of range' error when loading the IIS import form.
  • Duplicated DirectoryName/Container entries in Directory import.
  • Reports interface took a long time to load.
  • Syntax error on the TopN in graphs.
  • Bad management of Selection and Group options in reports: some criteria could not be reloaded, either in in interactive or in batch processing modes.

  • Syntax error when the 'Separate report' box was checked in the Group tab of the Mailbox Traffic report.

Improvements

  • The software now runs under Windows 64-bit platform.
  • Some warning and error messages have been reformated.
  • Mailbox selection consistency is now tested before the report runs.
  • A server can now be reallocated to the current console even if a running import is in progress on another console.
