Appointment Search - Report Definition

Section Description
Overview This report produces, from a selection on mailboxes, a detailed list of appointments created in Microsoft Outlook.
Options Options include grouping by directory attribute, and advanced filtering and sorting.
Usage Use this report to obtain an overview of appointments.  
Related tabs Period: Select reporting period.
Selection: Select objects to include in report.
Group: Group results by directory attribute.
Filter: Filter results using various criteria.
Options: Select additional options.
Presentation: Customize presentation.
Output: Select output destination and export format.
Data sources Directory: Directory data source.
Mailbox content: Mailbox and Public Folder content data source.
