Filter tab

 This Filter tab contains 4 drop-down list boxes:

It allows you to select mailbox and public folder folders attributes, and combine them with logical operators to create custom filters.

Note: These filters must be saved as selection settings before you record your report options file.

The example below shows how to filter Inbox folders containing 10,000 items or more.

You can add, clear, save or select filters with the following buttons:

Option Description
Add a new filter.
Update the selected filter.
Clear the selected filter.
Clear all displayed filters.
Save filter(s) in the saved selections folder. If you do not do so, the Unsaved selection(*) warning will appear and you will not be able to save your report options file.
Open the saved selections folder to select a previously saved filter.
