The purpose of the Output tab is to choose the output destination of the final report.
You can choose among the following destinations:
| Destination | Description |
|---|---|
| Screen | The report is displayed on screen. |
| Exploring form | The report is displayed on screen as an hierarchical and interactive form. |
| Printer | The report is sent to the configured printer. |
| Disk file: | The report is saved to a local or a network drive. |
| Email recipient | The report is sent as a message attachment to the selected recipients. |
| Exchange folder | The report is posted as an attachment in a public or private Exchange folder. |
| Sharepoint | The report is published to a Sharepoint document library. |
The following formats are available:

| Crystal Reports | RPT | Export Crystal Report files (RPT) in the %MYDOCUMENTS%/Promodag/Saved Reports folder. You will be able to view them by using the My Snapshots menu. |
| CSV | CSV | Import Coma Separated Value text files in Excel. This format is particularly easy to handle, for instance in Excel pivot tables. |
| Excel | XLS | Note: Excel worksheet size is limited to 65,536 rows. |

| Portable Doc Format | ||
| Rich Text | RTF | |
| Web Archive | MHT |
When a report is scheduled to run automatically its output destination cannot be the screen.
