Internal Message Delivery Reports
Use Internal message delivery reports to measure the real quality of service being delivered to end-users. All reports can be customized and exported to various output destinations, such as a network share, an email recipient or a SharePoint library. Available output formats include PDF, CSV and HTM.

Use this report to list internal messages sorted by custom time intervals, and particularly to spot emails that were delivered beyond the maximal delivery delay stated in the SLA.
