Message Breakdown by Delivery Time

How long does it take to deliver an email within the Exchange organization? This report highlights the quality of service provided to users. Compare it against your Service Level Agreement to determine if tuning is required.

Message Delivery Status

Use this report to check how many internal messages are actually being delivered to their original recipients. Note: If a message is received by a recipient that is not the expected one (redirection), then it will be filed in the "Received by another recipient" category.

Message Delivery Detail

Use this report to list internal messages sorted by custom time intervals, and particularly to spot emails that were delivered beyond the maximal delivery delay stated in the SLA.
