Exchange Server Reporting
Use calendars in your email activity reports
This post introduces the new Calendars feature of Promodag Reports version 11. This option allows you to create custom calendars based on users' work schedule and location, which in turn allows to produce accurate email activity reports that take account of specific local conditions - that is, time zone, public holidays and business hours.
The multiple benefits of the Recipient Type Details attribute
Promodag Reports now imports the RecipientTypeDetails property, which allows you to select Exchange recipients by type. For example, you can select all shared mailboxes, all room mailboxes or all Mail-enabled Universal Distribution Groups - you name it - in one single click.
Run Office 365 mailbox content search and respond to eDiscovery requests
Promodag Reports v.11 now also provides comprehensive mailbox content reports for Office 365. List attachments, mailbox folders, inbox rules for Exchange Online users and calculate the occupancy rate for Room Mailboxes or the message response times for User Mailboxes in Office 365. Respond quickly and efficiently to eDiscovery and legal investigation requests.
