Right to disconnect

Promodag Reports for Exchange Server is a great tool to ensure that your company complies with regulations or policies prohibiting employers from requiring their employees to access work-related electronic communications outside of their usual work hours – as required by, for example, the French Labour Bill dubbed “Right to Disconnect”, the “Right to Unplug” Bill recently proposed to the New York City Council, or similar initiatives implemented in large groups like Daimler or Volkswagen to avoid intrusion of work into private life and round-the-clock communications. Promodag Reports offers many reports to help you determine how many messages were sent over a weekend or evenings by your e-mail users. These reports are available for both local Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 organizations.

Determine how many messages were sent during weekends

The Message Breakdown by Day of the Week report allows you to have a breakdown of the messages sent according to the days of the week. As a result, you can have an overview of the number of messages sent outside working days.

The many options in this report allow to:

  • Select all mailboxes excluding service mailboxes,
  • Select a particular population of mailboxes using directory attributes,
  • Group mailboxes to get a different report for each department, city, or country.
