How It Works

Promodag Reports recognizes the assigned Office 365 license as a key attribute of mailboxes. This allows you to:

• Select mailboxes by license type: Filter reports to include only mailboxes with specific Office 365 licenses.
• Group results by license type: Organize your data in summary or detailed reports, allowing for easy analysis of mailbox distribution and usage by license type.

Example: Creating a Mailbox List Grouped by Office 365 License

To leverage this feature:

1. Open your chosen report template (such as Recipients by Attributes or Mailbox Storage Information).
2. Navigate to the Selection tab and use the Office 365 License criterion to filter mailboxes.
3. On the Group tab, select Office 365 License at level 1 and Recipient Type Details to group your results by license type, and then mailbox type.

Your report will now present mailboxes organized by their respective Office 365 licenses, giving you a comprehensive view of license allocation and usage.
