How to get rid of deleted objects in Promodag Reports

What can I do to prevent deleted objects (mailboxes) from appearing in my reports?
Answer:
Please follow these steps to get rid of deleted objects in Promodag Reports:
1. Re-import the directory (File > Import Directory Data, Complete Import);
2. Make sure that these deleted objects are crossed out in the organization tree (see below). This means that they have been identified as deleted objects;
3. Go to the Reports tab of Tools > Options and check the Exclude deleted objects from reports box;
4. (Optional) Go to the General tab of Tools > Options and un-check the Show deleted objects in the interface option.
