How to Add a Report to the Favorites Menu

You can quickly access your customized reports in Promodag Reports by adding them to the Favorites menu. This allows you to reload a report and its saved options in just a few clicks.

To add a report to Favorites:

  1. When saving a report options file, simply check the Add to favorites box.
  2. The report will now appear in the Favorites menu for easy access.

Organizing Favorites:

  1. You can create custom subfolders to organize your favorite reports.
  2. To rename or rearrange these folders, go to:
    C:\Users\Public\Documents\Promodag\Reports\14\Batches

Here, you can manage the folder structure as you wish, and these changes will be reflected in the Favorites menu.

How to Remove a Report from the Favorites Menu

If you no longer want a report in your Favorites, you can easily remove it:

To remove a report from Favorites:

  1. Load the report from the Favorites menu.
  2. Click the Save button.
  3. Uncheck the Add to favorites box.
  4. Click OK to close the report dialog.

The report will be removed from the Favorites menu.
