How do I upgrade to a more recent release of Promodag Reports?
Question:
I am running Promodag Reports 14.x and I would like to upgrade my installation to the latest release 14.y.
What do I need to do?
Answer:
The procedure is pretty straightforward.
- Simply download the latest package from our Downloads page.
- Run the package. The default installation path is C:\Program Files\Promodag\Reports14\; if the product was previously installed somewhere else, change this path accordingly. You will neither need uninstall the previous release nor to reboot the computer once the installation process is completed.
- Start Promodag Reports. It will reconnect to the last used database and prompt you to upgrade it if necessary.
You are now ready to use the latest version of Promodag Reports!
