Why can't I import more than 15 days of message tracking files?


I do not seem to be able to import more than 15 days of message tracking files, even when I request a full month.
Is that normal?


If you are evaluating the product, it is normal. The evaluation version only lets you import 15 consecutive days of message tracking files.
If you have not changed the default settings in Exchange Server, it is also normal.
By default, message tracking files are only retained for 30 days in Exchange Server 2010 to 2019, and message tracking data is only available for 10 days from Office 365.
