What’s new in Version 12.0
We are pleased to inform you of the release of version 12 of Promodag Reports. This new version of our reporting tool on Exchange and Exchange Online is fully compatible with the modern authentication mechanisms currently implemented in Office 365. It uses the latest PowerShell commands and improves the public folder import process. It also contains important usability improvements.

A PowerShell error "The syntax is not supported by this runspace. This can occur if the runspace is in no-language mode" occurs upon importing the directory and the size of mailboxes since the April 2021 cumulative update for Exchange. This issue has been identified and corrected.
What’s New in Version 11.1
Promodag Reports v.11.1 is available for download. The content reports in this minor version now use only EWS instead of MAPI. It contains improvements in the data import process from Office 365 as well as in two widely used reports: Mailbox Permissions and Find Specific Messages. Finally, more than 20 new canned reports have been added to the existing Favorites menu, that are also now available in the Report Explorer.
Promodag Reports Version 11 is now available
Promodag Reports v.11 is available for download. This new major version fully supports Exchange Online, including Office 365 mailbox content search, and comes with some new reports on email user activity as well as several long-awaited features that are described in this post.
Exchange Online incident #EX17698 may impact Promodag customers using Office 365
The Exchange Online incident # EX17698 (Can't see message traces) is likely to affect some of Promodag's clients in Office 365 or Hybrid mode. This post explains how to detect and fix this issue within the 7 day-limit of the get-MessageTrace PowerShell command.
