The Inbox Rules report allows you to extract on-the-fly the list of rules enabled on a mailbox. We've just improved it by adding an option for filtering different types of rules.

An option for choosing different color palettes to apply to Promodag Reports charts has been added in version 14.0.0091.

A new graphical report has been added to the Mailbox traffic category, showing the distribution of traffic between correspondent types, SMTP domains or correspondents.

A new report on Exchange mailbox and recipient creation and modification statistics has been added to Promodag Reports in v.14.0.0079.

The attributes needed to identify moderated distribution groups are imported from v.14.0.0066 and used in the two reports on distribution groups.

In response to feedback from several customers, we have improved the handling of SharePoint exports in version 14.0.0046.

The Run a Group of Reports option has just been enhanced with the ability to generate any email or storage traffic report based on an interval. This development should meet several feature requests submitted by our customers over the last few years.

The traffic events retrievable through the PowerShell Get-MessageTrace command contain the delivery status of received messages: delivered, filtered as spam, quarantined, failed delivery. It is now possible to display this status in the Find Specific Messages report and also to export it in CSV format in most of the other reports on email traffic.

Some users have reported that access to SharePoint Online is no longer working since basic authentication with Office 365 was disabled. We have resolved this issue by introducing certificate-based authentication similar to the one we have in place for access to Exchange Online.

Promodag Reports v.14 introduces a new method of accessing Exchange Online that supports MFA, a new report showing the mailings made by delegates on behalf of a mailbox in Office 365 and imports the Office 365 licenses associated with the mailbox users. This major version also includes various improvements in the reports as well as in the application's usability.

New attributes are now available in the reports, in particular the type of Office 365 license associated with mailbox users. This post details these new features.

Using a specific account to connect to and retrieve data from Office 365 has been a prerequisite for Promodag Reports to work since version 10 but it involves several drawbacks. This post introduces the new method that will eventually replace it: certificate-based authentication.
